[Problems when trying to open a server]

I am trying to start a server to play with friends but whenever i start the batch file to start the server, this is what i get:

 

 

C:UsersnatinyDesktopHexxit server>java -Xmx3G -Xms2G -jar Hexxit.jar nogui

Error occurred during initialization of VM

Could not reserve enough space for object heap

Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.

Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.

 

C:UsersnatinyDesktopHexxit server>pause

Press any key to continue . . .

 

 

 

 

I already tried updating java and I tried changing the amount of ram being used, but those clearly did not help. So, any help from you guys would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
