[0.6.5 Tekkit Lite Server Fresh Download Crash]

I just started a new tekkit server on my pc and it saying:

This is a fresh install of tekkit lite off their website, and I have also deleted everything and reinstalled it 2 times with no luck. This seems to be a known issue and I have yet to find a fix. I have allocated 12gb or ram and still no fix. Any help would be great. Thanks

Kingston 32 GB Ram
