I will start with I am a Minecraft n00b so I must apologize if this is a stupid question.
I have seen on a few other Tekkit 1.2.8e servers that new users drop in and have items. Is this like a server side mod or a configuration file? If I need to post this somewhere else just let me know.
Solder Setup Services

SO Kind of an odd question but does anyone offer Solder Setup services? Looking to have it setup since it is being a pain in the A*&. I have tried some Dockers that are not all up to speed just yet. And being a little frustrated. I am rocking a droplet on Digital Ocean for the solder site.
