This is really wierd. It's a pretty simple problem, but I have no idea why. Lately, pretty much no matter what pack I do, the thing will say "Invalid Technic Platform dilivery URL", even with ones that I've gotten before. Please help.

I have a question. I found a really good mod pack, and I want to use it to make a map. That's because, I got the technic pack from a friend, and I'm not allowed to download mods. So this is what I have. But, the pack is 1.1.1. I was wondering if it was possible to turn that into the most recent update? Or if not, does anyone know a good mod pack that is 1.6 or higher, and has at least custom NPCs?
