I did not create a new launcher, I just have not found how to download the new launcher on the internet, then i decided to get the source code (https://github.com/TechnicPack/LauncherV3 and https://github.com/TechnicPack/LauncherCore/tree/v3 ) and build it there are no differences, is equal to the sct showed it livestream (link: http://www.technicpack.net/article/view/livestream-qa-vods.77 )
