Buffeto

I'm using macbook pro mid 2010 10.9.2

Hello My problem have ocured when i want to install texture pack - i couldent find a texture pack folder. I downloaded technic launcher (.jar file) and copy it to aplication folder, game work, but i cant open jar file to get to the texturefolder. Also game is workin very slow, lot of lags. I have the latest java app. Thank You
