I figured out the error, I changed the server-ip=IP HERE to nothing and it worked.

So I've been trying to create a server with a host (picklehosting.com) and my server doesn't register my account or my friends accounts as whitelisted. nothing in the server console comes up aswell. Paste - http://i.menkz.me/LJQI
