[Changing the icon/logo for a custom modpack]

Hey,

I've just made myself a new modpack, and I was wondering if there is a way to change the icon of the modpack when you launch it? Currently the default modpack just has the default java logo on it, and I wish to change that to something more customised for the modpack.

 

I'm not meaning the images that are displayed on the technic launcher, I mean when you launch the modpack.

For all those people that get a similar problem, I fixed it by installing the 64bit version of Java as opposed to the pre-installed 32bit

So I just recently bought a new computer, it has 16GB installed RAM.

Below is the launch.bat file that I launch:

java -Xmx3G -Xms2G -jar Hexxit.jar nogui

And this is the result that it comes up with when I go to launch the server (with no programs running):

I check my task manager and it says that I still have 12-13GB available on my computer unused.

The server allows me to launch with -Xmx1G -Xms1G but that is still laggy for clients that are connected. Is there a way to reserve more space or something so I can run a server with more RAM?
