arough's post in Adding Autoswitch to Hexxit was marked as the answer
Thebombzen replied to my question in his thread and told me to just add an A infront of ThebombzenAPI like this: "AThebombzenAPI".
Back in 1.5.2 minecraft loaded the mods alphabeticly so Autoswitch loaded before the API.
Now everything works
