I have tried these steps but yet it is not fixed.

I'd love some help

I was on my singleplayer world and on LAN. When my friend joined it just crashed ( We've played before, it doesn't crash.) And then our world was gone and I found it on the saves folder in technic > attack-of-b-team > saves but when I went into the technic launcher and played it, it wasn't there on singleplayer. I've looked on different forums but I'm still stuck.
