Java SE binary or Java EE binary work the same, and are the correct programs to use

UPdate: added the link to the log file (launcher_0.log) and it downloads, I can confirm with Firefox's download page. And I told Spybot to completely ignore it. But it still freezes at the splash screen. I know a lot about computers, but I'm stumbling around in the dark here. Edit: I am currently reinstalling my java to the version link that's on the technicpack page (7.0 update 4). Hope this fixes it
