why is it that technic cannot help out people who have problems with their launcher or their modpack links?

I have recently downloaded the technic launcher to get/play the attack of the b-team modpack. I got the launcher, no problem, but it will not automatically load the modpack like it is supposed to, and I'm not sure what is wrong. I have wasted so many hours trying to get it to work with no luck.
does anyone know; what the problem is and how it can be fixed with clear instructions, or the email/phone number for technic so they can help me sort it out.

I have tried countless times and various attempts to get a "simple" modpack to work, with no luck and no help from technic. (who, I believe, are supposed to help out with this sort of stuff)
