How is there a TPPI and Bteam server tied together and yet both be empty? What am I missing with this server combo?

If you can't put a little effort into describing and giving a first impression of your server in a forum post? What does that say about the server? Just saying, make your forum post appealing so when Aholes like me look at it we have a desire to check it out.
