Yeah i did try it in SP and it didn't happen and i tried reinstalling twice and my game still crashed

Launcher/pack Version: 2.1.1 running through normal minecraft(copied mods/configs to an mc 1.1 backup) Operating System: Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit Version of Java: 1.7 32-bit latest update Description of Problem: Game crashed after breaking one of the taller normal trees down and when i try to join the server my game crashes. The weird thing is though that there are blocks of wood that have a metadeta of 6, 8, and I don't know how many others. May be a server problem, but I don't know. Error Messages: N/A Link to pastebin of log: I can't get a log because I am not using the technic launcher because it lags the (censored) out of my computer.
