[Big Dig Bugging?]

I started a new server for Big Dig, there is only two of us on it but it is bugging real bad. I was trying to figure out what the reason for it was. Everytime we get rid of a block it appears back in a rainbow color and when you go into the rifts, it starts bugging real bad turning blocks blue and sputtering it. I have no resource packs on, and I am running minecraft with 11gbs of ram.

Researching more on the issue I have found the solution. It was files missing in the lib folder. How they where missing I have no clue. I found it on a different post. <

I have downloaded the Big Dig Server for v1.3.9. In the middle of loading it it crashes and says ForgeModLoader is corrupt and stops loading. I have deleted the server and re-installed it several times and it still does not run at all. There is nothing in the crash report folder but I have copied and pasted what was in cmd prompt.
