YES!!! Thank you so much for all the help! I can finally play on the mod packs! I disabled the pop-up blocker and the firewall and it worked! Thanks again!

I took down the firewall and then tried to run a modpack but the same thing showed up. Can you think of anything else that might work? The packs I tried were Hack Slash Mine, EZ Pixelmon, and Tekkit Classic, and I bet any other pack I try to open up will give me the same problem.

When ever I try to open up any of my modpacks it says "error downloading a file for the following pack (in another line it says) please consult with the modpack author" this shows up for every mod pack I try to open. Please help. Thanks in advance.
