  1. The server itself works and runs, I just can't connect to it in any way. Where would I go for help on that?
  2. Have you found anything wrong with it?
  3. https://copy.com/FtnIYFfWBTBXfOFK Boop! That's what I had set up to run the server.
  4. Oh...whelp I can't attach it. I can only attach .49 MB.
  5. I don't have it as a zip, I simply followed instructions for making a forge server and added my mods. I'll zip that and send it that way if you like :3
  6. The mods I have are: Thaumcraft 4, Witchery, Dragon Block C, and Tinker's Construct. It runs fine in Singleplayer, but when I follow the instructions to make a server for it, the server can't be connected to. I also can't run LAN servers on it, they don't show up when I try to play LAN with my friends. The modpack is currently up, linked below. I have the zip file made and uploaded to copy.com, it installs and runs fine in Singleplayer. I'm just having problems with making it multiplayer. The modpack page link to find it on the launcher: http://api.technicpack.net/modpack/nads-god-island-rp-pack
  7. To keep this short: I'd really appreciate someone helping me go step by step through making a modpack (I already have the mods i mind, I've made one before, but I'm having trouble getting them to run in multiplayer), and then using that modpack to create a server. You can message me here or through Skype, frookdanvar32 is the user there. Thanks in advance!
  8. Just for the sake of doing it though, here's the platform API link: http://api.technicpack.net/modpack/jkjfjasaslkwejqhhdl
  9. Never mind, it was just an install error on my laptop. Tried again on my desktop and worked perfectly, thanks a ton! ~CarthOnasiGaming
  10. So I tried what you said, as the modpack.zip held a single folder called modpack that had the new stuff in it. I got the bin, mods, and config into a new zip labeled modpack, reuploaded, and ran it again, but the problem didn't fix itself. Quick question: is the modpack.jar in the bin folder supposed to be in a zip format? I recall reading that somewhere, but didn't see how that would make sense. Here's the new direct download link: https://copy.com/PgYOZzd98rPxb0sX?download=1
  11. Oh, terribly sorry! Here's the direct download link... https://copy.com/aeF3uwUYk6xHOSBH?download=1 And thanks for the help in advance, that's probably the problem. If it is I'll let you know, if not, I'll say it didn't work.
  12. So I made a modpack for a LAN Party my friends and I do all the time. I created a folder, named it modpack, put some mods in, downloaded the forge universal jar, put it in the bin folder, zipped it all up, and uploaded it to copy. Set up a direct download link, posted it to the techinc page when I made the modpack. When I open technic and add the modpack, it acts as though it's downloading the modpack. When I run it though, I get vanilla minecraft. Upon checking the modpack in %appdata%, none of the mods are showing, and the jar is the default minecraft jar. When I use the direct download and download the modpack and open it, the mods and bin and config are all the way they should be. I'm super confused, help please?
