It loads fine for me with 49 mods but you didn't bump the pack version so I needed to delete the pack and download it again.

Im having the same problem with this on but i followed what ive done previously and it still isnt working. could you have a look please?

when loading it is slow to load and sometimes says not responding but then gets to the main screen.
On my laptop it runs smoothly from that point but my friends computer is laggy here.
does anyone know whats happening? I cant see anything in the logs.Could you test the modpack and see if you get the same problem? thanks

Your pack is a zip file (that's good) inside a zip file (that's very bad) so the launcher cannot find the right files.
Your modpack.jar is actually modpack.jar.jar. Remove the additional extension.
You do not need CoFHLib there, remove it.
You need to zip the folders (bin, config, mods) and upload it.
Ive changed the jar to modpack.jar and now i dont get the error but i get a minus percentage when i click install. is this right? nothing seems to happen. I have it hosted on drop box and have shared the file to be used with the tekkit page. Ive also removed the lib as well

When I try to install it from the tekkit launcherit says: error unzipping, attempting to extract file, but it did not exist. what have i done wrong?

When I play my modpack (below) with friends on my server at home, I have allocated it 8Gb in the startup .bat file. But when I look in task manager java is only using 3Gb max, How can I get it to use the full amount? My system has 16Gb in it and is 64 bit with the latest java 8 64bit installed.

Also could be related, with 3 of us on the server we consistently lag and regularly time out which disconnects some players, I have mystcraft on it and one of my friends has his house in another dimension. It seems to lag whenever someone goes to another dimension or nether (ram maxed out at 3).
Can someone help me find the problem?
