Miotrestoked

Hello everyone, I've been trying to play modpacks like Diamond Dimensions, Tekkify, Superbia's Extreme Survival and Attack of the B-Team, but they do not work. I've figured out they're all 1.7.10 packs. My conclusion out of this is that I can't play 1.7.10 modpacks, although I really want to. I do not know what to do about it, because I can find nothing about this on the internet. Please help!
