It was my proxy. I thought it was off but it wasn't. sorry for complaining.

I downloaded the program again and ran it and it finally gave a log report. http://pastebin.com/ggjtVCeD

I don't have any logs there is nothing to post. It doesn't have any in the files. I have tried the .jar and .exe

Windows 7 64 bit java 1.7 64 bit from home page link symantec endpoint 12 ( I disable and still get the issue.) I am not able to run the launcher from either the exe or the jar file. It sits at the launcher banner and does nothing.
