[The Technic Program wont launch]

The Technic Program wont launch and i don't know why.

I have tried restarting my computer, i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling technic, i have tried disabling my antivirus, Technic worked previously on my computer it stopped around October 10th, and minecraft doesn't work so don't suggest i download it.

[Help plz]

I click on the program and nothing happens. The logo doesn't even show up.

any help would be much apreciated.
