Is there a way for me to update the galacticrat on my tekkit main to 3.0? I'm running out on a server hosted through a multicraft panel, if that's important.

First off, sorry if this isn't the right place for this post, this is my first time here. My question is: how do you get galacticraft to run on Tekkit? I've tried searching for it on the modpack list from the launcher, but I can't find it anywhere. How do I get it?
