from what i am seeing, armor is not displaying damage properly at all. and if you drop armor after death, it acts as though it is completely broken when you put it back on. This problem is also happening with IC2 Tools like the Drill and Chainsaw. when they drop from death, they loose all charge.

I am having the same problem. orange pipes place like normal then the drill part just never moves.
