what is the command to set the spawn point for every player?

do we have any server admins/ owners that use a backup and restart script. Got my server up and running with a fair few people on it now so need to look into backing it up and having scheduled restarts, just looking for advice or if anyone can throw a script my way that would be awesome, been a while since i have ran a mc server, thanks in advance

ok so for anyone who needs help with this, i took another look through the crash report and it was a graphics error, set the resolution to default in the launcher and it fixed it

ok so the Technic launcher loads ok, but when i click to play attack of the b team or any mod, the launcher closes and then loads back up around 10 seconds later and does not loads the game, any ideas? thanks in advance
