[SOLVED] So the 'Best thing you ever created' poops out on me after a second

i am haveing the same problem but .jar still no work for me -
ok so i have the same problem, the launcher says "cheaking luancher version" and i have tried everything, i use macfee and my java is 64 bit, i used the .jar, didnt work either... help me. i have seen the vids from duncan and want to play soooooo badly. please if we hve to chat over facebook or skype i will take anything... :*( also when i try the .jar nothing happen beside the same exact damn thing, im starting to get pretty pissed.
