[Need Help]

Every time any player tries to get on my modded server they get disconnected instantly with the console log going as follows:

I do not know if this is due to my 1.7.10 modded server http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/shattered-glitchverse.878399 or due to some other reasons. Please help as this seems to be a possible common problem

I figured it out. I simply needed to replace the end of the dropbox link with a 1 instead of a 0.

Every time I attempt to make a modpack, no matter what, it won't work. I re-upload the file to Dropbox, and even made a completely different pack, and even used a different account for both Technic and Dropbox to no avail. How do I fix this problem. Every time it seams to be unable to download the link, and at times it tries to use a link I had already replaced ages ago. Please help!
