2: Working on the crash report
3: I have verified that the version of voltz I am working with is a 1.6.4 version as it has the 1.64. file tag at the top. Secondly it cointains galacticraft for 1.6.4. (I am unable to boot the version of it that I am using for some reason but it is voltz 3.1.2 if you want to take a look at it. The version I had been using until I decided to do this was the original 1.0.4 which as you noted was a 1.5.2 pack)

So, this is my first attempt of creating a mod pack. I am attempting to merge voltz and moded network 2.2 (Icbm + Archimedes airships sounds fun). When I try to put the two mods together and boot I, it opens the Minecraft window, waits for a second, and then crashes. Here are the crash reports:

Ok, I think I fixed it. I played around a bit with what files I put in and apparently the mechanism file needs to be in core mods folder otherwise it crashes trying to load in universal electricity.
