How do I change the modpacks to zip files? Do I have to download them manually?

I haven't been able to install most of the modpacks I had when I reset my computer. When I try to install them, it gives me an error message telling me that says: Error downloading a file for the following pack: (insert mudpack name here). Please consult the modpack author. I posted an image below. Is there any way to fix this?
