My technic wont open any modpacks either, i have windows 10 and all the up to date things needed, help please

So I downloaded Technic Launcher ages ago on windows 10, it worked fine,then a few days ago I went to play it but when i clicked on it to play nothing happened,I've tried to uninstall it and then install it again but that didnt work either and now I cant even download another minecraft mod launcher or optifine, i can download mods and put them in my mods folder in the normal minecraft and can play them but the modpacks i like playing I cant, please help me.
