So I recently restored my computer back to factory and reinstalled most of the stuff I had before, but the technic launcher and minecraft game launchers refuse to work at all on my computer. When i try to download the Technic launcher i can download the file but not the launcher itself. I get stuck with a message from Windows Smart Screen that says "This app can't run on your pc" and refuses to let me do anything passed that. If anyone has any info it'd be appreciated.
