Had this many times before myself. The thing that always worked for me (not for everyone, a few friends of my had he same problem and it didn't work for them) is or clearing cache in your options menu. Or delete your .techniclauncher folder and reinstall your mod pack. Hope this works!! Good luck, -

Try to reinstall your technic. Backup your worlds and then deleate your technicssp folder in .appdata . Otherwise, download the latest version of Java. Good luck!
