[Anyway to transfer my modpack to a new account after locking myself out?]

I accidentally locked myself out of my Technic account and seem to have lost my backup codes somewhere along the line. Is there any way that I can transfer my modpack to the new account or do I have to start fresh?

[Fatally Missing Blocks And Items]

I keep getting an error saying fatally missing blocks and items when I add anything relating to Voltz Engine to my server. Is this an issue with FML or Voltz Engine. The mods relating to Voltz Engine include Modular Forcefield System and ICBM 2.

[Fatally Missing Blocks And Items]

Hi, I have been having an issue connecting with my server from the modded client. Both of which have the same mods (except for client side mods which removing doesn't help) the server spews out the error Fatally Missing Blocks and Items when I try to connect. This started happening after I added the mod ICBM classic and crafting table IV. I am able to load up single player worlds.
