I figured it out on my own after hours of trial and error. For anyone else who's having problems making a modpack for technic for minecraft version 1.13, 1.14, 1.15+ everyone online says "use universal forge file and rename it modpack.jar" but NO ONE says that if you're making a modpack for a newer version of minecraft it will NOT WORK unless you use Forge Installer .jar file and rename it 'modpack.jar' SO IN ESSENCE USE FORGE INSTALLER .jar file for modpacks on minecraft 1.13+ and for any older versions use the universal .jar forge file

Ive tried looking all over the internet as to what I did wrong but ive made a modpack before just the same way and it worked perfectly. here is the link to my modpack https://dl.dropbox.com/s/4ql2f7qjm9r8d12/yoinkening.zip?dl=1 (It works on my minecraft client but not through technic) Theres also a weird folder in my modpack that only shows up in the technic launcher '_MACOSX' im not sure where that came from because when i extract the zip to my desktop it comes up normal just bin, config, and mods
