I just had the same problem, I just removed the dimensional anchor jar file and left it out, world works fine, and im leaving that jar out so it doesn't happen again, i advise the same.

re-downloaded server folder, dropped world and LWC plugin in the new folder, everything is okay now, something must have happened to that tekkit jar. MOD CLOSE THREAD?
