Technic Modpack loading Vanilla Minecraft upon launch

Hi, I've got a player experiencing an issue with a modpack which has many people successfully launching. The modpack will launch as Vanilla Minecraft for them. 64-bit OS (Default setting in launcher), 5 GB, other modpacks work fine for them. The modpack is http://api.technicpack.net/modpack/avengers-legends Any possible fixes?
