HELP my luncher wont start on my mac oxs 10.5.8

well i tryed it with my brothers windows computer and it worked fine -
im running the latest java and all up dated to the best of 10.5.8 and it comes up with Check the actionʼs properties and try running the workflow again. can you please help i really want it please tell me if it is only for 10.6 up for mac i wish it was for mine as well
