I don't use OSX (go PC's!!! no offense) so I can't help with that but there seems to have been an ongoing problem with OSX and Java 7...

Hello H_M_Murdock747, i was wondering if you could help me with an issue i am having. I have been experiencing problems when trying to play tekkit. I feel like i have tried everything, i have deleted and reinstalled tekkit numerous times. I have a 2011 Macbook Pro, I am currently running Mountain Lion and when i updated to java 7 update 09 i have been getting a white screen after i login.

@Matt: Thank you for following the guidelines but it looks like something got corrupted . I think you need to reinstall your server sadly.

@Knives: Sadly, I think that unless you backed up your stuff, your worlds are gone just like aj45 said...

What I did to make it tekkit again was change it it custom build, but still selected the same build that is used in the Rec. build. It then updated and was normal tekkit again.

Also, If a button or torch was on a tekkit block, the torch/button didnt break and is still there, just floating.

I am on java 7 update 7. (server crash question)

Yeah, my server keeps disconnecting my friends, on the server log it says "Overflow" for me I just have lots of lag. I think it has something to do with teleport pipes cuase when I use them minecraft crashes. Or it could be the ridiculous amount of machinery I have. Have you had any similar problems or have anything to suggest that might help?
