I don't use OSX (go PC's!!! no offense) so I can't help with that but there seems to have been an ongoing problem with OSX and Java 7...

@Matt: Thank you for following the guidelines but it looks like something got corrupted . I think you need to reinstall your server sadly.

@Knives: Sadly, I think that unless you backed up your stuff, your worlds are gone just like aj45 said...

Klacks: MCPatcher is necessary to use HD texture packs and others. To my knowledge, it has no affect on Tekkit and please give me a link.
