How do we update to 3.0.3 or will it update for us?

My computer was trying to open it throughwinrar because thats what its set to but i tried with java and it opened it.

I can't figure that out because there is a sevenzip file in it and im using winrar? also when i tried it it was stuck on the done loading screen and never went passed it?

Operating System: 32 bit window 7 Version of Java (32 bit) Antivirus: Avast Launcher starting up but stoping after the checking launcher box No Error or logs
