im using a cracked version of minecraft and i dunno what that reccomended means cuz im new to mods :\

I came to this modpack through yogbox and i tried to install it(since this is my 1st mod i went on somthing that auto installs) and after i started the launcher and it finished nothing happend to my minecraft or anything everything stayed the same sooooo... what do i do to make it work?
