oh also i downgraded my java to 6 32 i think it is whatever the last java 6 update is and running as administrator didnt help

techniclauncher is an .exe almost all programs are anything that you run is an .exe (.exe mean executable) and i have re downloaded many times and it hasn't worked also i have 64 bit java and 84 offline java now also mmgamez you might want to do a security scan i have a feeling you have a trojan that is being spread by your links.

Please check your internet connection by opening www.techniclaunche.net in your web-browser." has anyone else had this problem? i am not sure if it has to do with windows 8 or with my security suite.
