I have, i can extract all files/folders except for tekkit.jar, when i do try extract it comes up with "no files to extract" I've tried redownloading the server.zip 3 times and all same problems

i can extract the entire Tekkit_server_2.0 except the Tekkit.jar so when i try to run the batch i get an error obviously, and when ever i try to extract the Tekkit.jar on its own, it says it isnt there, although i can see it/size/etc, Any help?
