I got it working, there is a mod file missing, download this file http://minecraft.ali4z.com/downloads/1.5/1_1/WirelessRedstoneClient.zip and put it in the folder C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\.techniclauncher\tekkit\mods Now you should be able to login to the server

Im having the same problem after upgrading, when looking in the log Chelicerate mentioned im also getting the following message [20:01:54] [sEVERE] java.io.IOException: Bad packet id 235 [20:01:54] [sEVERE] at zu.a(SourceFile:141) [20:01:54] [sEVERE] at kp.e(NetworkManager.java:145) [20:01:54] [sEVERE] at kp.c(NetworkManager.java:267) [20:01:54] [sEVERE] at qo.run(SourceFile:76) Im not getting the nullpointer exception Chelicerate's log is showing though
