when i connect to 1 particular server after a few moments i get some kind of error and booted out , but after looking through the logs i found this.
[12:51:57] [sEVERE] 2012-09-09 12:51:57 [WARNING] Received a TileEntityData packet for a location that did not have a TileEntity: (498, 29, 288) 1: 59, 0, 0
can some one tell me how to fix this?

the duplication bug with the crafting table not only exists with the C-Dust but also with copper and tin ingots
you creat an item with them and it doesn't cost anything
