As the title indicates, I've got a server, and I'm looking for a few people for staff. ( Likely 3 at least, 10 at most) However, I can't spend the time holding your hand teaching you how to be a staff member. So please only show interest if your serious / experienced. ( I need people who I can rely on. ) ========================================== Ok, with that said. The server has a "We're from space and we're colonizing" theme going on. ( It's still being worked on / refined ) So anyone interested in helping story / theme the server, I want you to be apart of the team. Currently my spawn is a giant Deep Space 9 looking station, It's rather rad in my opinion. It's a fresh server ( 3.1.2 ) with fresh worlds, aside from the few things I've done. However, to the point. I need Staff members, to manage / run / create this server with me, from the ground up. Currently I've gotten the server backend to 100% finished ( Or so I think I do =P ) I may need 1 Staff member whoes good with backend technical work, I definatly need someone good with creating / coding / etc. ( I lack the time in my schedule to dedicate to learning / refining ) I need a few to build things ( Space Theme'd ), So you creative minds out there, I want you. Just a few things I can think of that we need, A marketplace like area. An area of landing ( tho I'm tempted to be more like star trek and just go with, We're beaming you down ) I desperately need someone whoes great at website / banners / logo's / graphics / video's, an all around media guru. To market / promote the server, as well as help build a community outside the in game for us. ( Tho I may get stuck with doing this part ) A few Qualities you should have, before you consider applying. 1. Time 2. Independance 3. I have crazy work days parts of the year. However I have incredibly relaxed times as well. I put in about 4 - 5 hours of time at home on the computer a day. ( I will likely commit 4 hours 5 days a week to this server consistently ) I'm looking for all time zones, I'd like a 24/7 coverage on the server. ( Ideal, tho unlikely ) I have a Steam and Skype for outside the game chatting / getting ahold of me. ( As well as email for when I'm not home, I'm always checking due to work ) Currently : We are an EE'less server.
