Is there anyone that can help?

Whenever I run the world converter, it doesn't change anything. I run it, it goes through all the chunks, but then it comes up saying "Done in [xxxx]ms 0 placed blocks changed 0 blocks in player inventories changed 0 blocks in entity inventories changed" No errors given. It is for sure a 1.1.4 world, as I have played 1.1.4 using it with no problems. When I test it, I have things like 64 bat boxes in my inventory. Please help.
