Wow, that was fast feedback if ever such a thing were to be found! I disabled Dynamite, Nukes, RM and DM furnaces, Void rings, Volcanite amulets, Collectors, Quantum armor, etc. And, Overload and Fabricator77, if either of you two want to join my server, you need only ask (You were both very helpful)

Hello to the peoples,
I have recently created a Tekkit server, and I would like to add/re-enable EE2, but I do not want people exploiting it. I would like to know what things I should disable, and how to disable them.
I know that I do not want any energy collectors, as they completely eliminate the need to mine and set up machines, but what else should I disable? I do not think that the RM furnace is "cheating", per se, as it costs thousands of diamonds worth of EMC, and for that price you had better be getting something good.
I want the transmutation table, and the alchemical chest and energy condenser, but I am not sure if I should keep the amulets and power items, as it is very easy to grief with them(The Volcanite Amulet is a nightmare to clean up, and one could easily use the Ring of... uh... something to burn down entire cities and forests)

I set the render distance to short, and the... uhh... something setting to max FPS, on top of that I set most of my graphics settings to the lowest setting, AND I have a very powerful Mac. I know I would get perfect FPS if I removed my 128x Sphax, but tekkit looks so much better with it. If it helps, my Mac is 32 bit, and my Java version is 6. I am now getting a constant 1-3 FPS, and it does not ever improve, I just find it illogical that any modpack, no matter how many memory leaks it might have, can drop someone from 100+ FPS to 1-3 FPS.
Edit: I am using an extremely good graphics card as well, so I know it's not that. Also, I disabled MAtmos, and at first it made a monster of a difference, but after a while I went back to the same 1-3 FPS

I have been having a similar problem recently, In vanilla Minecraft, with no optifine, and with a 128 bit texture pack, I get 100+ FPS. But when I play Tekkit, I fluctuate between 30 FPS and, more often than the former, 2-4 FPS, and that's with 4gb of RAM (My Mac has 6gb of RAM).

I have been having this same problem ever since my crazy b**** mother pulled the plug to my computer out of the wall, while the server was running, and all because I wouldn't help her with a dungeon in Skyrim. Now I get that message every three seconds, and that's not an exaggeration, I get one every three seconds and the terminal marks it as having come three seconds after the last.
