ok then how do i unupdate it then

I've had a problem like that i logged on to tekkit as usual and a box appeared saying the latest (spudcraft?) is ready to update so i updated it and the box next to your inventory that tells you all the items there are returned(it had disappeared before) but when i try to play tekkie servers it comes up with a message saying i need all these mods(15 of them) i think it deleted all the mods i had before which let me play multiplayer
