I downloaded PureBDcraft 128x few days ago, but the texture pack is only working for original minecraft items. how do i fix this?

Hello everyone, im tekkit noob who started tekkit few days ago. i made a tekkit server, but everytime i try to run it, it says something like 'there might be another server running in same port' im not sure what it said but it was something like that. i don't think this is tekkit problem because when i tried to make premium server, same thing happened. But, im asking u guys cause i trust this place. Im slowly loosing hope, i tried this more than 100 times. This time if it doesnt work, im just gonna quit. Pls help. sorry for my bad english. English is my third language
