Its been around 30 minutes and the Technic Launcher box on the screen has still not moved. I don't know what to do! I really need assistance, because i can't remove it without logging on and off, or shutting down the computer. I need to use Tekkit!

Launcher Version: Latest Operating System: Windows 8 Java Version: Latest Antivirus Program: Kaspersky Lab 2013 Description of Problem: Basically, when i attempt to load up my Technic Launcher, it scans for recent updates, then goes to the 'Technic Launcher' rectangle in the middle of the screen. This box doesn't move, nor does the log-in screen appear. The 'Technic Launcher' rectangle has been up on my screen for about 10 minutes, and it can't be minimized or moved! Help me, i need to be able to get onto the log-in menu, and get rid of this bloody rectangle! Error Messages: No Error Messages! Error Log:
